A Tale of Two Homes...
Two identical $400,000 homes need to sell quickly. Both homes list with reputable realtors with strong marketing plans. Home "A" goes on the market immediately. The agent for Home "B" knows that presentation is paramount and suggests the homeowners arrange for a home prep consultation from AniMahré.
   
  Home A: On Feb. 15th Bill and Barbara put their $400,000 home on the market. Their real estate agent takes photos and does heavy advertising. Even with a strong marketing campaign, they have very little traffic to view the home. With so little success, they resort to price reductions until they start to generate traffic.
